Creamy Lemon Pie

       1                graham cracker or reg. crust

       3                egg yolks

      14               ounces  sweetened condensed milk

     1/2               cup  lemon juice concentrate

       1                whipped topping or cream


Preheat oven to 350 F. Beat egg yolks then stir in sweetened condensed milk ; lemon juice, and yellow food coloring (if desired).

Pour into graham cracker crust or baked normal crust. Bake 8 minutes.

Cool then chill. Spread with whipped topping.
